Guest guest
In Los Angeles, California, USA, vegan restaurants are sprouting up faster than soaked alfalfa seeds. This has energised the vegan consumer public while at the same time caused concern about the legitimacy, ethics, or validity of these restauranteurs. And so someone had mind to go undercover and do a little investigative work on how these restaurants faired in terms of containing casein, eggs, or other animal product ingredients in the foods they are serving or delivering. Here is the beginning of the report: http://bit.ly/BuBsY Interestingly, they have a device that can actually measure caseine contents. Anyone have more info on this? What do you guys think of this report?
