Guest guest
I have only been a " near " vegan for the last 2.5 weeks. Before that I was a serious meet eater. Here are some interesting observations. I am curious as to your thoughts, such as, is my experience normal. Since going almost vegan (minimum of cheese and almost no eggs) I have not been hungery between meals. My meals are now small. I now eat because of the clock not my stomach. I used to be a compulsive over eater with a variety of food cravings. I no longer crave anything. As far as meat, I don't find it disgusting or anything like that, i just don't crave it any more. What do you think? Gary
Guest guest
Morgan Spurlock talked about (and interviewed experts about) the addictive nature of high-fat animal foods in his documentary " Super Size Me. Guest guest
I think it is excellent that you don't automatically overeat now. Meat had never been my favourite part of a meal so I never had any cravings for it. JO , " Gary " <aintnospamforme-1 wrote: > > I have only been a " near " vegan for the last 2.5 weeks. " We're advised to eat fruits, vegetables and whole grains to feel full and help us stay on the program. I've been vegetarian for many years, but managed to get 20 pounds overweight anyway. I ate a lot of high-fat and high-sugar foods. When I started WW and changed to more filling foods, I felt so full that I was worried I'd miscalculated my menus. But it was all legit. And I've lost 7 pounds now without feeling deprived. Cheers, Trish
