For breakfast I like lots of fruits. I have 5 oranges 1 mango and usually a

small box of blueberries or strawberries.. Sometimes I make a smoothie. I also

have whole grain bread or a cereal.  With almond, oat or rice milk.

For lunch I usually have last nights leftovers. or a sandwich. A good salad. or

Plantains, or some other root such as Yucca, Sweet potatoe or other roots.. My

kids love mash potatoes with carrots or beets. We also like to eat melon or

watermelon. I also love any kind of soup (tomato, carrot, ginger, brocolli

etc) for lunch (with garlic bread on the side)

Dinner is my heaviest, I guess. I love any beans. such as black, red, pinto etc.

I season them with cilantro, oregano, parlesy, garlic, onion and tomato paste

and a little salt.  Or I will make Lentils, Indian style, spicey curried or

chickpeas. (I have an Indian vegetarian recipe book). We also make lasagna, all

kinds of Pastas.

Linguini, with Pesto sauce. Veggie burgers, Burritos, or Tacos. Veggie Pizza.

Middle eastern food such as falafels or rice pilaf.  Sometimes we make

blueberries and cinnamon pancakes for dinner.

I rarely have fried foods. Maybe once or twice a month I'll make fried yellow

plantains or french fries or fried eggplant. leftover from good childhood

memories. I'm hispanic and this explains some of my food choices.

On the weekends we pig out on the beautiful and rare exotics fruits that we buy

at the farmers markets here in florida. Some of which I don't even know their

names.

HI Anouk

I like the sound of your breakfast - it makes me jealous though. I love oranges

but cannot eat them at all as they make me ill.
