Guest guest
Easy! I've tried both of these and my meat eating family had NO idea there was no milk/cream in these! My husband and I devoured these they really are good!! I promise -Ann chocolate: 1 box 12 oz. Soft Silken Tofu, do not use low fat, do not drain 1 12 oz. bag vegan chocolate chips, melted on low heat and cooled 1-2 Tablespoon Vanilla - you can use whatever flavor you like 1 cup Rice Milk (you can substitute with soy milk, Almond Milk etc.) cool mixture, and pour into an ice cream maker mango: 1 box 12 oz. Soft Silken Tofu, do not use low fat, do not drain 24 oz. fresh or frozen mango ½ teaspoon lemon juice 6 oz. organic raw sugar 1 cup unsweetened soy, almond or rice milk put all ingredients in a blender until smooth, cool mixture, and pour into an ice cream maker when I made this with frozen mango from Trader Joe's, it was already like ice cream out of the blender and I did not need my ice cream maker!! woo hoo!! I think you could substitute any fruit with the above recipe! Christine Thursday, August 06, 2009 9:59 AM vegan ice cream Hi, I would love to get your recipe for homemade vegan ice cream, thank you!
