Guest guest
hello all, since I have become vegan, eating more healthy food and eating less food in general. It seems my sense of smell has gotten much stronger. I can smell things and taste things so much easier. I can smell when my towels or sponge in the kitchen start to smell too wet and need to be washed or changed. I can smell things in grocery stores and restaraunts that I haven't been aware of before. Sometimes they don't smell very good either! I can smell lotions and shampoos on other people. Has anyone else had this happen before? christine
Guest guest
I suspect that is true for me. I haven't really noticed a better sense of smell but considering taste and smell are closely related, I'd say so. My tastes have changed immensely and I find foods more flavorful. I can taste individual ingredients in foods now. I couldn't do that before.
