Guest guest Posted September 7, 2009 Report Share Posted September 7, 2009 Hello Bex, I have been going through something similar to this (eating eggs from well cared for chickens) I have recently became vegan after being a vegetarian for Years. My husband is not vegetarian at all, but he puts up with my cooking though (o: But he eats and buys meat whenever he gets the chance. I am still using eggs in some of the cooking I do for him. I have been looking for a local family that sells eggs and that I know they treat their chickens well. I feel that each person has to make their own decisions about this kind of stuff and go with your best feelings. If you didn't eat the eggs from your chickens, what would you do with the eggs? What will you do with the chickens? Give them away?
