Guest guest Posted October 7, 2009 Report Share Posted October 7, 2009 Black Bean Chili 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup) 3 garlic cloves, chopped, or 1 Tsp garlic granules 2 15 oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed 1 2/3 cup chunky salsa 1½ tsp dried cilantro 1 15 oz can corn Nuke onion 2½ minutes on high until soft. Combine onions, garlic, beans, salsa, cilantro and corn. Cover and nuke on high for 4-5 minutes stirring halfway through. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
