Ingredients 1 cauliflower, cut into florets 1 onion cheezy white sauce pinch mixed spice 2 tomatoes, sliced pinch paprika 4 vegan rashers, diced (Redwood's work well) Notes This is great served with peas and homemade chips! Method Steam or boil the cauli for 10 mins. Meanwhile fry the onion and make the white sauce. Put the cauli in an ovenproof dish. Mix the onion with the white sauce and mixed spice and pour over the cauli. Top with the tomatoes, paprika and some freshly ground black pepper. Grill for 10 mins until starting to brown. Meanwhile, fry the diced rashers. Once everything is done, sprinkle the rashers over the cauli cheeze and serve. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
