Guest guest
2 containers of sour cream (I use Tofutti) 2-4 different colored peppers1-2 containers pico de gallo2 containers of salsa 1 block cheddar cheese (I use either Follow Your Heart's Vegan Gourmet or Teese, Daiya cheddar would ROCK melted), gratedGet out a baking dish for this one: usually about 8x9 or 9x9 works. This won't be baked, but it's the perfect container for. 1) Add the sour cream to the bottom.2) Add layer of salsa3) Add layer of pico de gallo4) Dice up the different peppers and put on as another layer5) Grate the cheese on top This goes well with chips. I make the vegan version of this, and it's TO DIE FOR. Sometimes I put out a side of veggie ground beef and have people put the dip on that with the chips. -- AIM: A Blue Rose 156 YM: blue_rose_156http://x-bluerose-x.livejournal.com http://timeladydesigns.etsy.com~Boston_GothicBoston_Mystic Boston-Pagans
Guest guest
Sounds yum. I'm going to definitaly try this one! I used to make it years ago the non-vegan way.
