Guest guest
My ol' partner and I don't have kids. For many years, I made a traditional Thanksgiving dinner anyway. Eventually it dawned on me that I'd spend hours in the kitchen -- he's not a cook -- only to have the big event over in an hour. It just didn't seem worth the effort. We put our heads together and came up with a different approach. We're both football fans, so we both want to park it in front of the TV. The solution for us was to make a big ol' honkin' platter of nachos. We nosh away, then later on have apple pie and ice cream for dessert. All 100% vegan these days, to boot. It works for us! Cheers, -- Trish Carr http://home.comcast.net/~bantrymoon/
