Guest guest Posted December 4, 2009 Report Share Posted December 4, 2009 Lately I've been wondering what to do to really feel satisfied on my new vegan diet, and then yesterday I got inspired to cook some beans, and eating them was a pure experience of enjoyment!Probably everyone on here already knows how to be a satisfied vegan, so perhaps I'm sharing more for celebration than contribution, but here's the recipe just in case!Beans (soaked and boiled to the point that they're already edible)Your Favorite Vegetable OilGarlicOnionsWhatever Veggies You LikeWhatever Spices You LikeFirst sautee the onions and garlic... then add your spices... then add your veggie... then add your beans and cook as long as you want... add some water to boil down if you want to make them really soft and WAMMO!!!
