My wife is a de-facto veggie because although she would eat anything, I do the cooking and refuse to buy or cook anything that would make me an accessory to murder. It's ok, she knows I have a wicked SOH and luckily likes my cooking. We have two grown-up kids who are lacto-veggies. I used to be a teacher but I'm now an editor and writer. Since you ask I mainly write short stories and novels - some are thrillers and others science fiction. I also co-edit a science fiction mag.
