In my opinion, it's just as good as Daiya. I also like Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet cream cheese alternative. I've enjoyed Rice slices on sandwiches as well. I've also made tofu whipped cream from various vegan cookbooks with lots of success. Have a plant-based, planet-friendly New Year!
