Hi Jackie

There are vegan multivitamins. We use Quest, and Bio-Care (vegecaps) but Solgar

are also vegan. You can get all these online, and I expect there are more

companies that make vegan vitamins as well.

Hi Jo

I checked out both those products but they use fish oils in some of their things

so that doesn't make it vegan. That seems to be the problem I'm running into.

Why can't everyone just use flax? I'll keep looking and hopefully there will be

a true vegan site somewhere. Thanks.

They do have lots of vegan vitamins – Quest Vegan Multivitamin

and minerals for one. Which ones contained fish oils – presumably the

essential fatty acids. The Bio-Care EFAs do not contain fish oils and are

vegan.
