Recently, I had an eye-opening experience completely due to knowledge I had just

learned from our list-member Jo. Evidently, I had been " absent " on Vitamin D2

vs. Vitamin D3 day in class or something. She clarified, and I got plant-based

Vitamin D.

I have to take a lot of Vitamin D and Calcium for pre-onset of osteoporosis.

The minute I started taking the plant- based Vitamin D, all gastric distress,

frequent trips to the bathroom coupled with INfrequent trips to the bathroom,

STOPPED. Worked for ME. Thanks, Jo.
