It is a lovely crisp frosty morning and the sun is shining on the daffodils.

Unfortunately the forecast for the Easter weekend is rain, and more rain!

Sounds like a good excuse to stay in and eat chocolate.

Did you see the latest research on chocolate? Eat 6 grams a day to

reduce chances of heart attack or stroke by 40 percent!

I'm still waiting to hear about a study that can make a claim of this

magnitude for kale or carrots.

Same here, I hate this time of year, supposed to be dry tomorrow and Monday, so am going back down the allotment tomorrow, and maybe Monday to plant some onions, carrots and beetroot.

My seed potatoes havent chitted yet, so cant put them in, should be in by now, so just digging trenches ready tomorrow, and putting some hummix in ready.

We’ve been lucky here – most of the rain has been at night and

we have had two lovely days so far.  We’ve had sun this morning, but it looks

like it might rain soon.
