Kale Chips and Other Snacks

So, I tried for the first time making Kale Chips. I looked up the recipe on the

Internet and there were several. They were all pretty much the same and of

course everyone went on about how absolutely fabulous they were. I personally

did not find anything fabulous about them.

 

Does anybody out there have some great vegan healthy snacks that I can munch on

when I'm working at my computer?

How about nuts and seeds and dried fruit.

Oh, yes, I eat lots of nuts and fruit, I was just looking for something

different to do with veggies.

 

Why do you soak the almonds?
