Guest guest
Hello everyone, I had a very interesting chat with someone the other day and they were explaining to me that my carb cravings is because I've got a build up of candida yeast in my body. I went to the health food store and they do have this 10-day cleanse, which they actually recommend you do a couple of times if you have a huge build-up, but here in Canada that's $45 each, so you're looking at around $100 to do this for 20 days. Is there something else I can start doing with just a few things that isn't so expensive? I know I have to go on a complete no sugar or starches regiment but what can I take to build up the good yeast that is vegan? Jackie
Guest guest
Wouldn’t it be best to check with your doctor first to see if this is actually true. It may be that you don’t have a build up and that you don’t need to take any action. Usually you crave foods that you have an intolerance of – so maybe you are actually wheat intolerant, and could try to cut this out for a few months to see if it helps.
