always been more disgusted then saddened by this whole affair

i remember the newspaper the next day after the explosion, and it was reporting "no oil leak discovered in sunken oil rig"..and even then i thought "bullsh*t"

this is just another mega disaster in a long line of em...Bhopal, Exxon Valdez, et al..and mark my lil words..there are many more to come

because..we never learn....

drill baby drill

as for the oil under the water..what did they expect? especially with the use of all the surfacents they've been dumping to disperse the oil...which are just as toxic as the oil itself

brilliance..sheer brilliance...

Some of my friends sit around every evening

And they worry about the times ahead

But everybody else is overwhelmed by indifference

And the promise of an early bed

You either shut up or get cut up, they don't wanna hear about it

It's only inches on the reel-to-reel

And the radio is in the hands of such a lot of fools

Tryin' to anaesthetise the way that you feel
