not sure how this chat site works.  I just left a political chat site that got

so nasty and mean, I sought out something lighter. I am a veg, but cook for a

meat-eater. He's fairly easy going about it, and gets no pork, no hamburger. Our

kids are our dogs, five rescues.

I don't really like to cook, so the simpler the better. I like baking bread.  I

do have a great cream cheese and mushroom enchilada recipe, if you're

interested.
