Guest guest Posted December 16, 2009 Report Share Posted December 16, 2009 Herbed Cottage Cheese 16 ounces cottage cheese 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon 2 tablespoons snipped chives 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 dash freshly-ground white pepper 8 slices rye toast Combine the cottage cheese, dill, tarragon, chives, salt and white pepper in a small bowl. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cottage cheese mixture on each slice of warm toast. Serve shredded carrots and alfalfa sprouts alongside. Makes 8 servings.
