Guest guest
Depending on where you live, you can find the same product called 'gluten' or 'wheat gluten' in Asian supermarkets, like for example 99 Ranch sells them in cans (yes, with preservatives and sometimes MSG) but you can also find the raw gluten pieces fresh in water. You should be able to find it with the name 'seitan' in places like Whole foods. I make my own using Vital wheat gluten flour. Instructions on how to make it are in the files.
