hello from a new vegetarian

Hello,

 

My name is Carmen, I became vegetarian one week ago. I was thinking about it

from some years now but only recently I realized that this it the right time to

do it. I can say that even before I was eating especially fruits and vegetables,

therefore it is not a radical change in my alimentation. I hope to find here

interesting and easy to prepare receipts and to share my humble experience in

cooking.

I live in Cairo. At the moment I do not know any vegetarian restaurant here and

when I met other vegetarian girls they were saying that they do not know too

many places where a vegetarian can eat outside home.
