Hello all!!

 

I am new to being a vegetarian. I stopped eating red meat Sept 7th. Trying to

eat better. I have stopped eating chicken, and turkey as of this week. I was

going to keep eating fish, but I ate fish a few weeks ago and got sick, so not

eating fish either.

 

I have read Skinny B*tch, and also the complete idot's guide to being a

vegetarian. Which that book is awesome. I think so anyways. I learned a ton from

it also.

 

I am looking for receipes to use. I became a veg for a few reason, one for my

health, and also for the animals.

 

I hope I will post and responed to posts also.
