What a great idea! I want this as MY christmas gift :). I am the only one in

the fam a veggie, but my sis just became pescatarian (taking baby steps). I

would love to make some things for her, but she won't eat " leftovers " . Can you

tell she isn't married and doesn't have kids?!?! LOL

make more veggies, lol.

So far, I've done 4 containers each of squash casserole (the old and tnt

mushroom soup, squash, onions, stuffing and cheddar cheese), crunchy celery

casserole and stuffed Vidallia onions. He appropriated the bean dip I had just

finished today, along with a couple dozen corn tortillas I had made for our

dinner, so they can do a quality study on said bean dip and tortillas tonight.

(Well that is the line of boo hoo he gave me, not necessarily the truth.) Good

thing I have time to cook more beans and make more tortillas for OUR dinner or

we'd be having PB & J for dinner tonight.

Leftovers are the BEST! And some things definitely taste BETTER after they sit

and meld for a day!

Hi! I've never made my own corn tortillas, but would love to learn how. Could

you please post your recipe and instructions on how to make them? And then how

to cook them? I love enchiladas, and would love to be able to make my own

tortillas for them. For that matter, I've never made my own flour tortillas

either! So if you have a recipe for those too, that would be nice. Do I need a

special cooking device for these? I'm on Weight Watchers and trying to watch my

intake of fats, so I'd prefer to bake mine than fry them, if at all possible.

Thanks!

Annie

Funny my mom never said we were having left overs she said we were having

whatever the name of the meal was, we didn't necessarily know if it came

from the freezer or if it was made fresh.
