Guest guest
I use mine for silky smooth gravies and creamed veg soups, fruit smoothies, protein shakes and frozen espresso drinks. (Two shots espresso over a glass of ice, sugar free vanilla or gingerbread syrup and a little milk or Silk and whirr away.) Green tea smoothies, too. I use it for finely chopping a bit of onion, peppers or celery when I'm not doing enough to justify getting the food processor out. OOh yes, and I'd use it to put stealth veggies in meatless loaf. Two of our sons wouldn't touch veggies other than french fries, mashed potatoes or canned green peas. I used to make meatless loaf and turn some carrots, tomatoes, lentils into darn near invisible with my blender. Of course they didn't know they were actually eating TVP either. I'd use it to sneak veggies into chili, spaghetti sauce and other foods. It is easy to clean the immersion blender too. When I am cooking, I generally have hot soapy water in the sink for fast clean up and if not, I whirr the blender in a glass of water with a drop of soap, then rinse. Guest guest
I use mine quite often. Soups, smoothies, I even run it through my salsa. Gene
