I had no idea there was a version for men.

I believe I need to buy a copy of my DX.  He will eat all my veg food and next

thing I know he's sick from something off the lunch truck or the  taco truck

and he can't understand why he ate it LOL

............. .and for the men can I mention " Skinny Bastard " ? Same

authors but aimed at men. I think a lot of the information is the same,

but tweaked a little for a male audience. I also found it useful for

replies to statements like " I couldn't ever give up meat " , or " It isn't

natural " . There is also a lot of info about artificial sweeteners, and

what I read there helped me finally persuade my (non-vegan) other half

to ditch them altogether.

I got mine from Amazon, it was used but you wouldn't have known by the

condition.

I also got a copy of Bitch in the Kitch from Borders closing down sale,

I tried the Veggie Chillie recipe out when my step-children came over on

Boxing Day. It was good, but I used Indian Chillie instead of (Mexican -

Amerian) Chillie powder and I found out since that the Indian powder is

a lot hotter so it was only my Step daughters husbands that ate it! I

will tone it down a bit next time, or buy some chillie powder the next

time I am in the US
