I'm so excited to hear you could make it vegan.  Well you are the goddess of

vegan baking that's for sure.  This is a favorite recipe of mine too.  I love

the sugar crunch it forms on the top.

I bettewr go add the vegan a;ternative to it in the files.

Was that soy plain or flavored yogurt you used?

This is my new favorite recipe in the universe. It's the most wonderful,

light, almost cakey bread with crunchy topping or crust. The sweetness

is amazing too--It's unmistakably sweet, but in a lovely, light way.

Since I'm vegan, I subbed 1/2-cup soy yogurt for the eggs and reduced

the sugar by 1/4-cup since there was already sugar in the yogurt. Soooo

good! Donna, you're the goddess of baked goods!!!!
