Look through their link,  here is the Vietnamese cinnamon.  Price is great and

you won't believe the strength.  I have never found any to compare. Worth the

postage

Wow! I was about to order when I went to the HOME to see what else they might

have, and  there is a Maryland store not far from me. Yeah!

Thank you! I love cinnamon and end up putting much more that called for in the

recipe.

I'll look in an Asian market for some. I don't have a Penzy's in Maryland. I

love oatmeal and add flax seed, Brewer's yeast, cinnamon, and whatever fruit I

have (if I don't have fresh, I add raisins)

Ceylon cinnamon is the only true cinnamon, rather mild for me.

Vietnamese is the hottest.

Cinnamon is very interesting.  I only use the Vietnamese because I love a strong

cinnamon scent and flavor.

If you like you can read about it on Wikipedia.

I have a link here for you.  Penzey's sells all versions.  They have their own

cinnamon mix now, it's very good but nothing like the Vietnamese version.

A few years ago we had no Penzey's in Calif. One of the members from the group

lived in San Diego and she came up to visit me. She asked how I loved the new

Penzey's store she saw 2 miles away from me lol. I never saw it being built.

Most people in my area still have no idea it's there. I try to spread the word.

I appreciate the information which I'm passing on to friends. It is on a major

road that I travel frequently, but there are so many small stores some of which

are set back in small shopping areas that it is impossible to know them all :>)

Expect to go sometime this coming week.

This is what happened with ours. The huge corner complex sits down and you can't

even start to read the signs at the corner. They took a large Crown Boostore

that had gone out of business years ago and split it, one half is Penzey's and

the other is BevMo.

I can't wait to hear what you thin k of the store.
