Guest guest
I make lentils in the rice cooker. Takes about 1-1/3 cups lentils to 3 cups water and toss in the other ingredients, watch you don't get burned by steam. Open the cooker after about 15 mins and stir. Guest guest
I don't have a rice cooker, but thanks, Donna. I do have a crockpot, though, so I figured I'd ask how long in that for lentils. I am trying to wean myself from most soy faux me@t products, and I like mixing lentils in with the textured crumbles so my husband isn't so picky about just lentils and I am happy I'm not eating the crumbles 3-4 times a week.
