I make lentils in the rice cooker. Takes about 1-1/3 cups lentils to 3 cups

water and toss in the other ingredients, watch you don't get burned by steam.

Open the cooker after about 15 mins and stir.

I don't have a rice cooker, but thanks, Donna. I do have a crockpot, though, so

I figured I'd ask how long in that for lentils.

I am trying to wean myself from most soy faux me@t products, and I like mixing

lentils in with the textured crumbles so my husband isn't so picky about just

lentils and I am happy I'm not eating the crumbles 3-4 times a week.
