I try not to do that to foods!!!! I am reading with interest the posts concerning tofu, one of my very favoritest foods. I don't fix tofu every day, but I do slice it and let it drain, then saute' in a pam sprayed pan. I sprinkle some McKay's Chicken Seasoning on each side for flavor.
