Re: [veg_grp] Tofu

speaking about tofu, someone was telling me about slicing tofu and frying it

and it is like potato chips. Anybody hear of this?

(I hope it has not been discussed recently, I have not followed the entire

thread.)

I take it back, the one time I did cook tofu myself and liked it was when I

breaded it and fried it in peanut oil.... I try not to do that to foods!!!!

Hi, My name is Karla Williams, I am a member of this board, but mostly am a

lurker.

I am reading with interest the posts concerning tofu, one of my very favoritest

foods.

I don't fix tofu every day, but I do slice it and let it drain, then saute' in a

pam sprayed pan.

I sprinkle some McKay's Chicken Seasoning on each side for flavor. It is really

good.

thank you,

Karla Williams
