Soy Sausage

I just had a soy sausage. It was pretty good; I liked it. But before I decided I

liked it, I threw the remainder of the package in the trash as I made one

sausage for lunch with my salad and veggies. Then I decided I liked it (it was

chorizo flavored), and so I took the other 3 out of the trash and put them back

in the refrigerator. :-) Cindi

P.S. The tofu remained in its package and it definitely is in the trash -- I

guess I was afraid to use it. Maybe another time...

Oh, was it Soyrizo brand? That stuff is awesome!!! My little Walmart grocery

store doesn't carry it anymore, I'll have to look for it somewhere else, I

liked it.

There is a company called Upton Naturals that makes fantastic Italian 'sausage "

and chorizo from Seitan; they are truly wonderous!
