Guest guest
It's really good stuff. I like to make bean and rice enchiladas and melt this over the top. John

Guest guest
I did notice that funny soy aftertaste with the first bite, but not after that. I had it on a tortilla with fake ham and green onions - yum! Guest guest
I haven't eaten dairy cream cheese in so long that I don't know of an after taste. I just wish they had these wonderful vegan dairy alternatives years ago. I forgot about that tortilla roll ups. Very good too. donna Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry
Guest guest
Soymilk has the same aftertaste, I've figured out the only way I like soymilk is in a latte from Starbucks. It's kind of a nutty flavor that goes well with coffee, but otherwise I don't care for it. Now, the Vegan Gourmet cheese I had last night did NOT have that aftertaste, it tasted just like cheddar cheese. I'm going to get my dad to try the cheddar, he loves cheese but tries to stay away from it due to cholesterol issues -- he was pretty excited when I told him about it!
