Guest guest Posted January 9, 2010 Report Share Posted January 9, 2010 Tarragon Roasted Asparagus 1 lb. asparagus 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil 2 teaspoons salt black pepper 4 sprigs tarragon chopped 1 lemon Cut the woody base (approximately 1 inch) off the asparagus spears. Toss the asparagus in a bowl with the oil, salt, and pepper. Lay asparagus in a single layer on a cookie sheet and roast in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
