Have you tried the Almond Milk? I have been using the Chocolate Almond

milk in my coffee, if I were to use it in cereal or Oatmeal I would use the

Vanilla flavored one.

Soymilk has the same aftertaste, I've figured out the only way I like

soymilk is in a latte from Starbucks. It's kind of a nutty flavor that goes

well with coffee, but otherwise I don't care for it. Now, the Vegan Gourmet

cheese I had last night did NOT have that aftertaste, it tasted just like

cheddar cheese. I'm going to get my dad to try the cheddar, he loves cheese

but tries to stay away from it due to cholesterol issues -- he was pretty

excited when I told him about it!
