Guest guest
There's rice and almond milk as an alternative to soy milk. I have heard of recipes, but haven't dug into them about using either rice or almond milk for making vegan cheeses, including ones that can be made at home. Hopefully that's a little bit of help. I'm not sure if you could create tofu using rice or almond milk, but it might be possible. Dennis
Guest guest
There are non-soy veg burgers and if you can't locate them you can make your own from beans. It is a bit of a challenge but you can work it out. The hemp, rice and almond milks are very good. Guest guest
First, keep in mind that most Americans eat way too much protein. Build your meals around legumes (1-2 servings a day), whole grains (5-6 servings a day), vegetables and fruits (7-8 servings a day, in at least three different colors). ________________________________
Guest guest
You can substitute Braggs Aminos for soy sauce in all recipies I have tried. Soy sauce is a little bit stronger, but you need to be careful if you add more because the amount of liquids matters in some recipies.
