Bensi: Fabulous veg-friendly Italian restaurant chain in PA/NJ

I was floored by the number of yummy-sounding reasonably priced vegetarian

options at this restaurant! Hubby and I split the roasted eggplant

sandwich and the portabello sandwich. I even got a cappuccino that was not

sickly sweet. Fabulous, authentic tasting food, with great service and

atmosphere. We visited the Bensi in Wyomissing, PA but there are other

branches

in SE PA and all over NJ. Hopefully they will keep growing. I highly

recommend it!
