MAe Jean TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup butter, softened 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 1/3 cup Hersheys cocoa powder 2 tbsp milk 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 1/2 cup large semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 tube (1 oz) chocolate decorating icing (optional) Stir well or sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Cream butter with vanilla and sugars. Beat in egg, cocoa and milk; stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Fold in flour mixture in thirds and roll into 2-inch balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Flatten with the back of a wet spoon. Bake at 350F for 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
