Guest guest
Anybody have a brand recommendation for a good vegetarian multivitamin? My doctor wants me to have a multivitamin that has at least 600 mg of calcium, plus Vitamin D. I looked at my grocery store's (large) health market section yesterday, but the only vegetarian multivitamin had NO calcium??? So weird... so it's time to make a trip to Whole Foods, but I've seen their vitamin section before... any guidance? Thanks! Audrey
