Anybody have a brand recommendation for a good vegetarian multivitamin? My

doctor wants me to have a multivitamin that has at least 600 mg of calcium,

plus Vitamin D. I looked at my grocery store's (large) health market section

yesterday, but the only vegetarian multivitamin had NO calcium??? So

weird... so it's time to make a trip to Whole Foods, but I've seen their

vitamin section before... any guidance?

Thanks!

Audrey

I take Solgar Earth Source Multi-Nutrient, supposed to be vegetarian but not

kosher.

It only has 250 mg in a daily serving

They have tablets with extra calcium

I take a calcium citrate but I don't see it on this page.

My bottle does say suitable for vegetarians.

Ah, here's a listing on another page, 1000 mg
