My Mom is allergic to eggs so she really appreciated the recipe. Lily Vegan Banana Bread 1 1/2 cups flour -- whole wheat 1/2 cup wheat bran 1/2 cup wheat germ 3/4 cup turbinado sugar 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 bananas -- mashed 1 apple -- finely chopped Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes in a greased and floured loaf pan, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on its side.
