Mock Old Bay Seasoning recipe

I can't tell it from the real stuff.

Mock Old Bay Seasoning

 

1/2 tsp celery seed

1 Tbsp black peppercorns

4 dried bay leaves

1 tsp cardamom seed

1 tsp mustard seed (optional)

1/2 tsp whole cloves

1 tsp Hungarian paprika

1/4 tsp mace (or nutmeg)

1 tsp salt

 

Mix together and keep in a glass jar.
