Guest guest Posted January 20, 2010 Report Share Posted January 20, 2010 Olive and Tortellini Salad 2 (9oz) pkgs. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini 2 C. red, yellow, orange or green bell peppers, diced 1/4 C black olives, sliced 1 (8oz) bottle Italian dressing or use homemade 1/2 C crumbled feta cheese Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, rinse and allow to cool. In a large bowl, combine pasta, peppers and olives. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 4024 hours. Stir in cheese before serving.
