Breakfast

Dannon Vanilla Yogurt(comes in a qt container and has no gelatin in it), add

diced up fresh

fruit such as nectarines, strawberries, banana, apple, berries, etc, one of the

following - granola, cascadian farms cereals or Sunbelt Cereals(Berry Blast, or

Banana Nut), then I sprinkle the above mixture with shelled hemp seeds, chopped

up walnuts, and green pumpkin seeds. - this is my favorite and one that I eat

most mornings. The Hemp Seeds(you can find these at most health food stores and

on Amazon), and Walnuts are great sources for Omega 3.

Split your biscuit in half and add a baked pattie and add. Add a little

Mustard or Mayonaise/Vegenaise if desired.

Cook some grits. Bake up some Morningstar Farms Veggie Bacon Strips(all

Stips over your grits. Add a diced tomato and cheese if desired and stir

together.
