This is a recipe I developed and modified over the past couple of years.

Originally I had posted this to a WW crock pot group a couple years ago.

Ted's Slow Cooker Oatmealb

Cooking Time: 360 min

Level of Difficulty: Easy

Course: breakfast

Notes:

Add 1 tbsp fresh ground flax seed or 1/8 cup sliced almonds as garnish. Top with

more splenda and soy milk. You can also swap out the dried fruit ingredients for

different flavors.

Ingredients

1/4 cup(s) dried cherries

6 half dried apricot halves

1/4 cup(s) raisins

2 cup(s) water

1 spray(s) cooking spray

1 cup(s) 8th Continent Light original soy milk

2 tbsp McNeil Nutritionals Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

3 serving(s) McCann's Irish Oatmeal

1/4 cup(s) dried apple(s)

1/4 cup(s) dried dates

Instructions:

Spray 2 or 3 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add all ingredients except
