Guest guest Posted January 21, 2010 Report Share Posted January 21, 2010 Green Beans with Dill 1 pound green beans, trimmed 2 radishes, trimmed and sliced or sub with a 2 chopped green onions 2 tbs olive oil or canola oil 1 lemon, zested and juiced 2 tbs chopped fresh dill In saucepan, cook green beans in enough salted boiling water to cover 4 min. Drain, rinse in cold water. Pat dry. In skillet, cook radishes in oil 2 min. Stir in 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest and dill. Add green beans. Cook 2 min. or until heated through.
