I'm looking forward to learning a lot more about vegetarian eating so I can decide if it is right for me. I've been eating a lot of veggies for a number of years but am a little puzzled about what to do about proteins. I'm allergic to eggs and worry about the fat in cheese. I do like beans but am easily bored. What am I missing? Also, I'm a cookbook cook.
