Anybody eaten in Boulder recently? Any good suggestions? I got these two off

of the Happy Cow website - VG Burgers, and Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant. Both

look good to me - I'm not going to see my sister in Denver til April, but it

never hurts to plan ahead. :) I've only ever been through Boulder, never

spent any time there, and I really want to go. I think my sister will go

with me if I promise to treat -- and buy her a glass of wine or dessert! :)

Watercourse foods -- wow, what a menu! Looks really good - might have to eat

there several times!! My sister lives in west Denver, but we like to do

little day trips when I go out there so she gets to see and do new things,

too. We love Manitou Springs, Estes Park, Littleton, Golden, and some other

towns whose names I can't remember. Colorado is one of my favorite places to

visit :) We're timing this trip because she bought tickets to the Taylor

Swift concert at the Pepsi Center! We're both in our late 20's and going to

Taylor Swift... It's fun to act like a silly 14-year-old girl again! :)

Sorry to jump in... but I love Manitou Springs! In Aug 2008, we drove from CA to

Elizabath CO and went through the Colorado Springs area. I had looked up places

to go along the way, so we took our time and went to teh Graden of the Gods as

well. (It started to rain while there, though, and we had to leave early because

we had our little ones with us). It was a wonderful area in there and we would

love to go back and explore more someday.
