Guest guest
Hello everyone; I am new to this group, my name is Carol Reese and became interested in things veggie quite a few years ago because it seemed healthier than the omnivorous diet. As I continue learning, I also feel it is more ethical both because of animal treatment and earth care. An easy recipe I gleaned from the internet is for either breakfast or dessert and can be varied according to personal taste: Use the juice of 2 grapefruit, 4 oranges, 1 Cup of fresh or frozen strawberries & 2 tsp honey. Blend until smooth and pour into 2 chilled dessert glasses, top with grapefruit sections & sliced berries ( or other fruit of your preference ). I like to drizzle a little honey over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
