Tofu is a part of our main dishes. So this is one of my favorite: Ingredients: - tofu, cut cubes 1 " - fresh shitake mushroom (or any kind of) cut into thin slice - you can subtitute with dry one but the taste will a bit different - 1 fresh sweet corn (or whole kernel corn) - spring onion - 1/2 onion n 2 cloves garlic, slice thin - ginger 1 " - salt and pepper to taste - 2tbs olive oil - 1 fresh chili cut small Heat the pan, add the onion and garlic, then put olive oil and salt. Put ginger, corn, spring onion, chili until half cook then at the last put the tofu.
