It's the most wonderful, light, almost cakey bread with crunchy topping or crust. The sweetness is amazing too--It's unmistakably sweet, but in a lovely, light way. Since I'm vegan, I subbed 1/2-cup soy yogurt for the eggs and reduced the sugar by 1/4-cup since there was already sugar in the yogurt. Soooo good! Donna, you're the goddess of baked goods!!!!
